Candidates
must make a four-page letter of motivation, which include the following
elements :
Name
of the company or organization soliciting the backing and
its contact information, title of the project, amount of aid
requested, total amount of the project, contact information
for the project manager to be contacted for additional information.
Presentation
of the organization carrying out the project (1 page).
Summary
of the project describing the actions planned (1 page).
Project's
simplified budget and preliminary timetable (1 page).
The motivation letter can be transmitted
